Eye Care
Locally operated & owned
Eye Test
At EyeV Optometry, we believe that a great vision starts with a meticulous assessment. We provide a comprehensive and thorough eye exam that goes beyond just checking your prescription. Using advanced diagnostic technology, we screen for age-related eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration, ensuring our senior local community receives the highest standard of preventative care. Whether you are visiting for a routine check-up or a specific vision concern, our clinical expertise ensures your eye health is in safe hands.
Children's Eye Test
Early detection is the key to a lifetime of healthy vision. We specialize in children’s tests and myopia management, specifically tailored to the needs of growing eyes. Our optometrists create a friendly and engaging environment for our younger patients, focusing on identifying vision issues that can impact learning and development. From comprehensive screenings to advanced myopia control strategies, we partner with parents to protect their children’s visual future.
Contact Lens
Experience the freedom of clear vision without frames. Our contact lens consultation, care, and dispense service is designed to find the perfect fit for your lifestyle and ocular health. We provide expert guidance on lens selection—including options for multifocal needs and dry eyes—and ensure you are fully trained on proper hygiene and maintenance for long-term comfort and safety.
Optical Options
Discover a vision solution as unique as you are. We offer personalised optical solutions with single and progressive glasses that combine precision optics with premium aesthetics. Whether you require high-definition progressive lenses for seamless transitions or specialized single-vision lenses for digital work, we curate our collection to meet the sophisticated tastes of our local clientele, ensuring you look and see your best.
How often should I have an eye test?
Regular eye exams are essential for maintaining clear vision and detecting underlying health issues early. At EyeV Optometry, we recommend the following schedule:
Seniors (65+): Once a year to monitor for age-related conditions like cataracts and macular degeneration.
Children: Every 1–2 years, or more frequently if they are enrolled in a myopia management program.
Adults: Every 2 years for a comprehensive health and prescription check.
Contact Lens Wearers: Once a year to ensure eye health and optimal lens fit.
Health Conditions: More frequent testing is recommended if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or a family history of eye disease.
Early detection saves sight. If you notice any sudden changes in your vision, please book an appointment immediately.
